Adrian is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000. Besides his law degree, Adrian is a graduate of King’s College London holding a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law. Adrian occupied leadership positions in major Romanian business organizations, such as Secretary General of the Romanian Large Retailers Association (AMRCR), the most representative Romanian retail organization, and President of the Employer Confederation Concordia, the Romanian employer organization that includes the most powerful sectoral federations in the national economy.

Although the first foreign language he learned in school was Russian and the second French, he ended up forgetting Russian completely (unfortunately), having a very good understanding of French and being self-taught in English, in which he is fluent.

For Adrian a meaningful client-attorney relationship is crucially founded on trust; just as any other partnerships in someone’s life. And there is no place for tradeoffs in this matter.

  • Successfully assisting a local company operating in the IT industry, within a complex unfair competition litigation.
  • Successfully assisting member companies of an important Austrian group operating in the support services for oil & gas industry, before the Romanian Competition Council within multiple notification procedures of a merger through asset acquisition.
  • Coordinating the process of preparing and submitting the entire legal documentation for the expropriation of the land plots along the Cernavodă – Constanța A2 Highway.
